Originally from Scotland, UK and now based in Wellington, NZ, I bring a direct, warm, and evidence-based approach to every project.

I hold an MSc in TESOL and Computer Assisted Learning, and my career spans over a decade of senior academic management and digital learning strategy across the UK, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and New Zealand.
Whether I am leading multidisciplinary teams as a Director of Studies, consulting on enterprise LMS implementations, or designing bespoke compliance modules for global organizations, my focus remains the same: working backwards from the learner's needs to deliver measurable business outcomes.

An end-to-end curriculum design project built to support international university students. Following a comprehensive needs analysis, I designed and developed a targeted suite of modules addressing common grammatical barriers, enabling students to succeed in high-stakes academic writing.
A rapid digital transformation initiative to digitize complex, safety-critical railway engineering theory. This enabled a flipped-classroom approach, removing heavy theory from the classroom so synchronous online sessions could focus entirely on practical facilitation.
A strategic prototype aimed at Front Line Managers, designed to move inclusion training away from a "tick-box" HR exercise. This high-impact, 2-minute microlearning experience challenges biases and inspires actionable behavioral change in the workplace.
